Sorry this section is kind of lengthy I gotta turn this into an infographic or something- Will draw people (cartoon or anime-ish), creatures, furries, robots, armor, and probably most other things. I'm pretty flexible and don't mind drawing something new to me!
(Some level of detail may need to be simplified, such as complex machinery or patterns)
(If I feel I'm unequipped to draw the subject, I will turn down the commission)- No outright explicit content, but flirtatious, suggestive or crude subject matter may be okay, preferably if it is comedic- With regard to Pokemon, you can commission me for Dex No. 1 through 887, which means:
No Sw/Sh Legendaries and no Pokemon or forms from Legends Arceus and Scarlet/Violet
(I still haven't finished playing them so I'm avoiding seeing the new Pokemon until I see them in-game. Surprisingly this is pretty feasible if you live under a rock. Please avoid spoiling them for me! I'll make a list soon of the ones I've seen so they're available for commissions)- I'm happy to draw a fan-made Pokemon/fusion so long as you can provide sufficient visual reference! Price will be graded by the same metric as canon Pokemon- I can accommodate extra details for PNGtubers including multiple mouth shapes, different expressions, exported gifs, etc. although these may be variable extra cost, and I cannot do the work of setting up/rigging the assets for you in your program of choice- Visual effects/flourishes for emoting and attacks, bubble text, etc. may be extra cost depending on complexity- No extra cost for mobility aids, medical devices and the like! Some may need to be simplified, or may cost a bit to accommodate detail, but on principle I would like to like to offer these for free- Head & Bust framing is available for a proportionate fraction of the cost (price may not change for designs with a majority of detail around the head)- In terms of real people, other than adults who accept fanart of themselves, I'll only draw you or someone that you personally know. People under the age of 18 are okay so long as this stipulation applies- If you have something specific in mind for the commission, a crude doodle to convey your vision is always welcome :]- My drawings are raster images, not vectors, so they are not infinitely scalable without a loss in quality. If you need the finished work to match certain pixel dimensions, I'll need to know upfront. I will not provide free extra work to adjust the size once I've started the line-art.- If you need the drawing before a certain date, I'll need to be informed beforehand. I will usually turn down these commissions due to not being able to draw consistently, but I might still take it if there's more than enough time. Plan ahead!

I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork.

You may not use the artwork in association with / to promote bigoted or otherwise harmful ideas. This is at my discretion.

You may not use the artwork for or in relation to NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). You may not use my art for purposes related to AI, such as uploading it to train a model.

You may not claim authorship of the commissioned artwork.

Payment is upfront in full.
~
If I find I cannot complete the commission at any point in the process, a full refund will be issued.

If you request a refund at any point before I have started work on the commission, I will refund the full cost.
If you request a refund during the process of the commission, I will only refund a proportionate amount of the cost, and you will receive whatever work I've done up to that point.
In both of the two above cases, the return transfer fee (if applicable) will be covered by you (subtracted from the refund).

In no situation are you to initiate a chargeback without agreement from me.

Depending on the method of payment, refunds may not be possible. In these circumstances we can work to an amenable resolution.

You are not allowed to reproduce or redistribute the commissioned artwork in any form (eg. merchandise picturing the artwork, selling rights to the artwork, etc.) without my express permission.

Use of the artwork for commercial reasons may be allowed (barring what is prohibited in the above term), but MAY require the payment of a commercial use fee. This includes use as a profile picture, emote, pngtuber avatar, video/thumbnail element, or any other use on a channel/account/page that acquires profit.
This is waived at my discretion and with my permission if I feel it is unnecessary, or in the circumstance that the proceeds associated with the artwork are for a charitable cause, among other reasons.

If you conduct yourself in a way that is rude, over-personal, or pushy, such as harassing me for updates or finished work, I won't take a commission from you at all, and if this occurs during the process of a commission, I will refund a proportionate amount of the cost and close the commission. You will receive no rights to use the commissioned piece for any purposes, personal or otherwise.

If you violate these terms, I have the right to revoke all permission of use of the commissioned artwork.
